Partnerships with Société Générale and Crédit Agricole, France

HFIC identifies international relations as one of its strategic pillars in the course of development, serving as a trusted financial bridge between Ho Chi Minh City and international financial institutions. Through long-term cooperation with strategic partners such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank (WB), Agence Française de Développement (AFD), KfW Development Bank, and other international development organizations, HFIC has effectively mobilized off-budget capital to support infrastructure investment and key socio-economic sectors of the City. Beyond capital mobilization, HFIC also strengthens professional cooperation in financial management, risk control, and investment appraisal, while actively contributing to the development of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City. The Company leverages global experience to foster a robust fintech and digital finance ecosystem, reinforcing Ho Chi Minh City’s position as a dynamic financial hub in the region.

From 2025 to 2030, HFIC will continue to expand international cooperation through diversified and multilateral partnerships, focusing on green finance, smart urban development, and digital transformation, with the goal of becoming a sustainable and efficient public financial institution of Ho Chi Minh City.
