The HFIC Party Committee launched a campaign to promote and initiate the Essay Contest on defending the ideological foundation of the Party.

In accordance with Plan No. 03-KH/BCĐ35 dated September 25, 2023, issued by the Steering Committee 35 of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for organizing the 2023–2024 Essay Contest on defending the ideological foundation of the Party and refuting wrong and hostile viewpoints in Ho Chi Minh City, the Party Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City State Investment and Financial Company (HFIC) issued a plan to promote and launch the Contest at grassroots Party Committees, Sub-committees, and Party Cells. Political and social organizations at the Company level are tasked with propagating and encouraging officials, Party members, employees, and members of mass organizations to actively participate in the Contest.
