The Party Committee of the HFIC Office held a specialized thematic session and inducted new Party members on September 23, 2023.

Celebrating the 78th Anniversary of the Southern Resistance Day (September 23, 1945 – September 23, 2023), the Party Committee of the HFIC Office organized a thematic session and inducted 4 new Party members at the Bến Dược Temple Historical Site, Củ Chi.

After offering flowers and incense to honor the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification, all Party members of the HFIC Office held a ceremony to admit outstanding candidates into the Party.

The induction ceremony was attended by Mr. Lê Văn Bắc, Secretary of the HFIC Office Party Committee – Deputy General Director of HFIC; Mr. Nguyễn Quang Thanh, President of the HFIC Office Trade Union – Deputy General Director of HFIC; along with all Party members from the 4 affiliated Party cells of the HFIC Party Committee.

During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Khải, Deputy Secretary of Party Cell 1, announced and presented the decision to admit Mr. Nguyễn Triệu Thanh Trúc as a new Party member and assigned his duties; Mr. Trương Huỳnh Anh, Secretary of Party Cell 2, announced and presented the decision to admit Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Duy and assigned his duties; Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Long, Secretary of Party Cell 3, announced and presented the decision to admit Mr. Phạm Xuân Kiếm and Mr. Lê Minh Phương and assigned their duties.

On behalf of the Party cells, Mr. Trương Huỳnh Anh congratulated the new Party members and read out the guidance plan for them: to continue receiving support and mentoring from the Party cells to successfully complete their duties and strive to become official Party members.

In front of the National Flag, the Party Flag, and the portrait of President Hồ Chí Minh, Mr. Nguyễn Triệu Thanh Trúc, Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Duy, Mr. Phạm Xuân Kiếm, and Mr. Lê Minh Phương took the oath, pledging loyalty to the ideals of the Communist Party of Vietnam, to strive for self-improvement, and always set an exemplary standard as Party members. Mr. Lê Văn Bắc congratulated the newly inducted Party members, expressing his hope that the young, knowledgeable, and passionate members would bring new vitality to the activities of their Party cells and foster a lively spirit of emulation to accomplish the assigned political tasks.

Prior to the induction, the HFIC Office Party Committee held a thematic session to study President Hồ Chí Minh’s work: “Practicing thrift, combating corruption and waste, and bureaucratic tendencies,” with diverse activities such as reviewing the Southern Resistance tradition, competitions on content knowledge, Q&A sessions, presentations, and performances of patriotic songs praising the Party and President Hồ Chí Minh.

The delegation also visited the memorial of the late Prime Minister Phan Văn Khải to honor his contributions to the revolutionary cause for national independence and the construction of socialism in Vietnam.
