Emulation Block 10 for Social Welfare in 2025

Emulation Block 10 and member units of Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company (HFIC) donated the clean drinking water system and upgraded, expanded, newly constructed restroom facilities at Tan Loc Bac Secondary School in Ca Mau province.

On the afternoon of November 13, Emulation Block 10 under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and HFIC member units carried out the social welfare program in Tan Loc commune, Ca Mau.

Here, the delegation supported 2 social welfare projects for Tan Loc Bac Secondary School, including a clean drinking water system and upgraded, expanded, newly built restroom facilities, with a total value of 800 million VND.

In addition, the delegation also presented gifts to the families of 2 Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, gave 50 gifts to disadvantaged policy families, and awarded 50 scholarships to poor but diligent students in the area, each gift and scholarship valued at 2 million VND.

The representative of Tan Loc commune stated that despite receiving attention and care from the Party and State, some residents in the area still face difficulties in life. The support and assistance from organizations and benefactors is a great motivation for families to improve their lives and for poor students to have the opportunity to attend school.

The People's Committee of the commune also requested that the schools receiving support for social welfare projects maintain and maximize the value of the facilities to serve the comprehensive health care needs of students.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Province People's Committee, presented gifts to the sponsoring units along with sincere thanks for their contributions to social welfare in the locality.
