The Party Committee of HFIC organizes an online conference to study and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2025 – 2030 term.

Ho Chi Minh City, November 17, 2025 – Following Plan No. 12-KH/TU dated November 13, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, and Official Letter No. 854-CV/ĐU dated November 13, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee regarding the organization of the conference to study and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2025 – 2030 term, the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company (HFIC) successfully organized an online study conference across the entire Company Party system to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 – 2030.

The conference was held on the afternoon of November 17, 2025, connecting online from the Party Committee of the City to the Party Committee of the City People's Committee, HFIC Party Committee, and its affiliated units. At HFIC’s main venue, the conference was attended by Mr. Truong Tuan Anh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of HFIC, together with members of the HFIC Party Executive Committee, the HFIC Party Inspection Committee, Executive Committees of HFIC’s mass organizations, and all Party members at subordinate Party branches of HFIC.

The conference was solemnly held at HFIC’s main hall and extended to 11 points at member units, attracting over 600 participants. Online connections were set up in the halls and meeting rooms of member units.

At the conference, leaders of the City Party Committee and City People’s Committee presented the key contents of the Resolution and the Action Program for implementing the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 – 2030, and provided orientation for future implementation with the following main points:

• Mr. Le Quoc Phong – Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, presented on “Thoroughly Grasping the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Term 2025 – 2030.”
• Mr. Tran Luu Quang – Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, presented on “Implementing the Action Program to Execute the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Term 2025 – 2030.”

Following the study and dissemination of the Resolution, the Action Program for implementing the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 – 2030 was guided by Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet – Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

The successful organization of the online conference helped all staff and Party members within HFIC fully grasp the core contents and the guiding spirit of the Resolution and the Action Program, thereby creating high unity in awareness, determination, and actions throughout the Party Committee. After the conference, HFIC Party Committee will continue to promote dissemination and implementation of the Resolution across the entire HFIC Party system, turning the spirit of the Congress into practical actions. This will contribute to the rapid and sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh City, helping the nation confidently enter a new era of growth – the era of national advancement.
